Qui peut m'aider? Parce que là ça doit être catastrophique... merci!

I began my training session on January the third two thousand six.

The firm name was AGF.
It is localised at St Céré in Lot.
It is an insurance company.
Two people work there.
During my training session I did a lot administrative work.

My tutor was the manager but I worked with the personal assistant too.
I got long very well with the company staff.
I worked from 9am to midday the morning and from 2pm at 6pm the afternoon.
I didn’t have a fixed break, but I could go to make a turn outside when I wished it.
Like facilities we had only a coffee machine.

Here the tasks which I carried out:
- Classification
- Mails drafting
- Contracts creation
- Customers reception and information
- Phoning
I stayed in the same department all the time because it was a little company.
I was equipped by a computer.

The only problem I have during my training session was because I am timid with the customers.
But I am very happy to done this training session because I am now much more at ease.

It was a very good experience, and my manager was too happy because he wants employed me in September.
