Cette phrase est mauvaise, tu peux pas avoir many et a accollé et puis ce serait pas there is mais there are. Sinon pour moi la réponse ce serait c.

Pour répondre à Gigatoaster, la forme "many a + singulier" est juste et correspond à "maints" (ou maintes) en français.

Je confirme la correction de la phrase : "many a...", ça existe, c'est une tournure littéraire qui n'est pas dans les grammaires niveau collège ou lycée, mais elle est bel et bien correcte.
