Toujours sur ma préparation de l'entretien de l'oral d'anglais

Et voila que je bute sur la traduction de CIF ( congé individuel de formation )

Y a t il une traduction ?

Ou faut il user d'équivalent ?

le cif n'existe pas en angleterre ou aux usa, et il n'y a pas de dispositif équivalent.

il faut que tu expliques

I was given the opportunity to take a year off work (on full pay) to go back to study ( to follow a course) and prepare a diploma in ....
