Voici ce que j'ai fais en français, mais je sais pas si le traduction est bonne je l'ai fait avec "traduction voila"

Ce texte écrit par ROBERT WHYMANT me fait beaucoup pensé au livre d’Amélie Nothomb « Stupeur et tremblements » car dans ce livre comme pour ROBERT WHYMANT on raconte le harcèlement moral des grandes firmes japonaise, avec toute ses pressions et ses humiliation, pour que le salarié ce retire lui-même de la société ou comme pour ici la retraite forcé.
Pour c’est entreprises occidental, leurs employés ce doivent de dévouer leurs vie et leurs temps à ces entreprises, pour ne quasiment rien recevoir en retour.
La loyauté n’est plus récompensée par la sécurité de l’emploi la sécurité, car ce pays est passé à la deuxième place de économie mondiale, ce qui transforme et change les habitudes de travail.

en mot à mot c'est sa mais attention en français on fait baucoup de tres longue prase (et des fois on s'y perd) et en anglais c'est moins fréquent ( car on s'y perd plus)
donc si tu voulais une traduction littérale c'est bon;sinon fait plus de phrase : c'est beaucoup plus compréhensible

...or as like here the forced retirement. - sorry but the last part of this does not mean anything at all in English. The sentence would be much easier to understand : with all its pressures and its humiliations, in order for the employee to leave the company by his own choice or by a forced retirement.

- but almost nothing receiving in return. - should be : but receiving almost nothing in return.
