Dear Sir or Madam,
(sauf si tu sais à qui tu t'adresses)

We found your offer about "the hotellerie restauration", and we are very interested in it.
We are a couple, a "chef de partie" (précise-nous ce que c'est, car même en Français c'est vague) and a waitress.
Mylene (qui est Mylene ? pense à la personne qui va te lire, qui ne te connait pas forcément ; il faut un peu "rappeler les faits", dire de quoi il est question dans ta requête) is currently training by (je mettrais "on" ou "in" plutot, mais pas sûr) distance BTS Hotellerie Restauration, she speaks fluent German, a bit English and has some knowledges in Russian.

Cyril was 8 years experience as cook (peu clair, approfondis ce dont il est question), "chef de partie", he has somes knowledges in English and Spanish.

We are very serious and we enjoy the teamwork.
Desiring to deepen (c'est un verbe ça ?) our knowledges (je pense que tu n'as pas qu'une seule compétence) of our businesses, it would be a great opportunity for us to do an experience (de quoi s'agit-il exactement ? embauche ? stage ?) in your company.

We are looking forward to hearing from you, and expect a positive answer.
Please accept our sincere greetings (formule de politesse innappropriée, utilise plutôt celle ci-dessous)

Yours faithfully ("faithfully" car c'est "Sir or Madam" et que tu ne connais pas leur nom : sinon "Yours sincerely" si tu connais le nom)
