merci d'avance

Hey,

Otherwise my dear, I'm afraid I've got no idea! Maybe they are just not being exploited by the companies??? and it's an all-round good thing?

merci à toi tu m'as données une bonne idée :D

In the late of 1990, a new health program was expanding in the USA to fight against stress workers. Many companies decided to invest in these sorts of services. We can wonder if employees are really helped or exploited by these practices.
For that, we will show in a first part, how these health programs are effective, and then how workers are exploited.
Thanks to these practices, many stressed workers improved their health at work. Indeed, these therapies consisting in introduce in their life a break time and silence permit them after that, feel well-being and permit them to reduce stress until the end of time work week.

Moreover, workers are more productive, because they are motivated, they don’t feel obligated to work but we can say, thanks to that, they work with pleasure.

Even thought, they feel and work better, why they can feel exploited?

First of all, according to researches, theses sorts of services, could not lasting a long-time. Thereby, workers could feel less stressed during a few times and could relapse after, so it will affect their work, they would be not as motivated as before.
Furthermore, like these therapies are free, we could wonder if there is a contract of moral between workers and their employees. Indeed, workers could be debtor to their employees for the rendered service, they could not leave their job because of that. Moreover, we can wonder, if a wage increase could not be a good means to motivate them.

To conclude, we can say that these sorts of services could have a good effect at first, could help them to feel better but cold not be the best mean to help them. Araise their wage, maybe could motivated them

Hi here are some corrections for you (there wasn't that much to correct!) :

In late 1990, a new health program was expanding in the USA to fight against overly stressed workers. Many companies chose to invest in this kind of program. This leads us to ask the question if employees are really helped or exploited by these practices.

In order to answer this question we will see firstly how these health programs are effective, and secondly how these programs may be exploitative.

Thanks to these practices, many stressed workers improved their health at work. Indeed, these therapies consisted in introducing into their life a time of break and silence which then permitted them a feeling of well-being. This also brought on a reduction in the amount of stress felt by the employee during their working week.

Moreover, workers are more productive, because they are motivated, however they don’t feel obliged to work. We can say though, that thanks to this increased level of motivation that the employees go about their tasks with a hightened level of pleasure.

Even though, they feel and work better, why could they feel exploited?

First of all, according to research these sorts of services would not last a long-time. Therefore the workers could feel less stressed during a short period but fall back into old patterns afterwards, thus their work will be affected and they would be not as motivated as before.

Furthermore, since these therapies are free, we could ask the question if there is a moral contract between workers and their employees. Indeed, workers could be in debt to their employers for the service given. They would feel apprehension in leaving their current job because of this moral contract. Moreover, we could ask the question if simply a wage increase could be a good means to motivate them.

To conclude, we can say that these sorts of services could have a good effect at first, could help them to feel better but there could be other ways to provide this outcome. A raise in their wage, could maybe be another way to motivate them.
