Notebook computers and mobile phones are the way ahead writes Malcolm Laws.
Cordless communication for the office could reshape the workplace, but cost and performance are hurdles slowing development.
As companies encourage more flexible working practices, equipping their staff with notebook computers and mobile phone and encouraging them to work from home, the office environment is changing.
Instead of large, fixed offices, companies such as IBM and Digital Equipment are reworking their European sites to encourage staff to be more mobile.
Some organisations are installing cordless phones and computer networks to make it easier to move around in a virtual office.

Hello, how is this post today ? lol
I see that there's not much people than before.
>la folle, you're text is in spanish, isn't it ? Please take a dictionnary and you'll see that is not as difficult as you think.

Well i decide to go London for a year, after obtaining my diploma, with the silc, maybe, or with the money i'll save (lol).

Racoon, a friend invite me to spend a week or two on August in Florida, Orlando. Do you know Orlando ?

I have never been in Florida, but I have some friends who live at Orlando. The weather is pretty nice, so I guess you will enjoy it ;)

This is a good idea and would be very keen on helping you. But, one thing to remeber : no translation !!! :(
This is the first mistake to make... and to avoid : online translators are not helpful unless you look for a particular word.
On the other hand, try to understand the general meaning ! :)

Thank you for all your advices, but unfortunately, there's nobody here... :(
The matter is : an english topic is a good idea, but we have nothing to say here...
there is everything, or nearly, in the other topics.

I'm a sort of artist, if you want...

Reina, what kind of problem have you got ?

Hi !
I've read most of yours posts and as many of you would share their knowledges, I think we're all in a good way to improve our english. I only regret that there's no real teacher in here to correct our sentences because I do lots of grammatical mistakes and I still think in french. I'd like to be able to not only translate what I think in french in my head, and make sentences which ring english. I'm not sure that I'm clear but as I was telling you, you have to think in french to understand me *lol* But sometimes, my friends don't understand what I'm telling about in my native language :p

I hope this topic will give us a better chance to succeed our exams !

Hello, paranoid

unfortunately, this topic is a little dead...

Well, the most important, i think, isn't grammar but vocabular in order to be understand by english people.

I don't speak fluently, but guys i know (one irish - hello my dear ! :P -- and a scottish - that's it ??) can understand me, so...

To think in english in your head before speaking in english, i think you have to stay a long long time in england, or america or australia. It's more difficult.

You have to speak english a lot, and, after, you'll see that you can make some sentences without thinking about before (i think THIS sentence isn't right  ).

There's a girl here, named Racoon, who live in America.
She often comes in this topic. Ask her...

ciao
