lol, i noticed that your boyfriend decided anyway to go to China, whereas you put your own dream away, when you met him. Did he know that? How unfair is it ?

no worries, it's just that i don't really know how to make it simplier.

i wonder if your boyfriend knows that you wanted to go in England before you met ?
and if he knows, i think it's not very fair that he dares to go in China (without you by the way) :knuppel:

anyway... what does he go in China ? Pleasure or business ?

Okay Ness

My boyfriens knew I want to go in UK, and he encourages me to make it. But I was my personnal choice.

So, he thinks it is not fair to leave me, but I want he makes his dream.

And the good news, it's when he come back, we will live together.

well... wait and see, adachi. People and things change when they travel and/or are separated...

How long will he be away? you're not afraid?

Sure I'm affraid, but he decided to stay in China 6 months instead of 1 year. It's a good thing for me.

To answer at your question, he leave France to studies in China. He wanted to go in Japan, but it's very expensive. In China, you can eat, take bus, train and taxi during 3 days for the equivalent of 10 euros. And it's his dream for a lot of years.

Ouch... China, instead of Japan... that's a big difference, actually. It's like spring roll against sushis

Don't tell me about that :chessy: :chessy: :chessy:

Australia is so close to Asia ! korean food, chinese food, taiwanese food, japanese food, thai food, malaysian food, weird-ese food... there is everything, and it's so so good if you compare with the french-asian food ! I love it. it taste better and fresher. :wub

Only the awful vegemite ! Australians looooooooooove that but it's horrible ! Too salty ! It's a kind of paste, like butter, but it's brown and very very very salty. They eat that for breakfast or for a snack... I knew a girl who was eating that with a laughing cow-like cheese.

What I really want to try is the kangaroo steak. I heard it is very good.

And, it's not very strange, but here there are a lot of meat pie. That's simply disgusting. They put hot food with sauce in a pie, and they eat that with tomato sauce. :beuh:
They love salty things, actualy. If there is a sweet thing, they turn it into a salty thing. Like the muffin... we all know chocolate, banana, apple muffin. But here, they have chili muffin, pimento, corn an cheese muffin, onion muffin... isn't it weeeeeeeeird ?

But, actually, in every country people have weird or not food habit. It's funny to discover it...

Hey, I bought kangaroo, and it's good, Ness ! Probably not as good as in the region of "production" but good !

(poor little animal which was making JBOING ! JBOING ! JBOING ! BAAAAAM !....... ouch, a car...... ! :zarbi: :invis: )

I would like to eat French food too...
Meats are not the taste as I like... we can't make a "quiche" because we found just a bacon but in a "quiche" it's just rubbish. :beuh:
I definitely prefer the French brands and I am so sad in a supermarket because i never know what to buy...
I look for "Prince chocolat Biscuit" you see what I mean now by French brands? :wub

But anyway, when I will be in Australia, I would like to try the Kangaroo meat. People said it's like a steak... is that true?

Get out of here!!!! I miss french food and my mother's cook soooooooo much!

Actually, you can't do any quiche because cheese and sour cream aren't the same and they don't have real ham.

For the biscuits, if you have a Coles in New Zealand, you may find some Lu's Little Schoolboy, but it ain't cheap if you compare with the Arnott's, like Tim Tam.

dunno really... but i know that some people like shooting kangoos for pleasure, and that is awful. It's not the same when you kill an innocent animal for "fun" than for eating... :notstupide:
