In may, i organised an exhibition in Prague: stand, travel, hotel reservations
it's a good company, even if i know that i don't stay here after my bts.
why? For two reasons: i want continu my studies, and the company prefer to have "apprenti" instead of employees
Yeah, most of companies explodes graduate people. It’s known. I came across a documentary talking about companies whose a 100 % of the staff is trainee. They all want experience , all of them. When we have none what to do? Its like..how are you going to get experience if noone hires you. In my case, I am applying for a job around the bar, barman or waiter. Waiter is a more realistic goal but even still the employers are sucking the soul out of me with this experience bullshi*. I know its not their fault but I have been looking for work for ages and its soo depressing..... Job market is a catch 22. Because you are not experienced employers don't even wanna hear from you. You cannot get experience because no one wants you. An one year placement is the best thing to do when you are student. Otherwise your graduate will be worthless. That's the reality.babachetet link=topic=168.msg710130#msg710130 date=1188916592 a dit:i'm in charge of travel for employees, i am helping for power point presentation.

That's policy in all commonwealth countries. But in the reality, I dont think people are sacked off that much.Nessscafe link=topic=168.msg710186#msg710186 date=1188919939 a dit:Yes, that's soooo true.... in europe apparently
It isn't for nothing that Australia is called the lucky country. Here, they gave you a chance, weither you're experienced or not but... The bad thing is they can dismiss you whenever they like : during your first day maybe.
that is so unfair. On a side, employers give you a chance to try but expect you to be already aware of everything. On the other side, they don't even want you to try because IF you fail, you'll cost money, wasted money.
Nessscafe link=topic=168.msg710165#msg710165 date=1188918477 a dit:@ Rv : errr... I did answer today
@ Leelolov (don't remember the spelling of your nickname, sorry) : I did it, I had 4/5. But I'm so stressed when I had to do an exam, that's awful. I'm all shaking and mumbling :chessy:
back in france i'll refuse to do any test, i'll say: i spent a fucking whole year in australia, what the hell do you want? then, they'll see how good i am
Nessscafe link=topic=168.msg711047#msg711047 date=1188991054 a dit:nooooooo if you can use fuck and fucking everywhere it means that you feel at ease when you speak english. when you're not, you don't know how to use it and always say fuck badly.
lollllllllll ok, i get out of here
I'ain't gonna stay in the Uk for ages either.Nessscafe link=topic=168.msg710210#msg710210 date=1188921088 a dit:of course they won't, but sometimes they won't even let you the time to try. It happens to me and to people I know. I'm actually talking about things I lived, not about things I heard.
it's funny that so many french people (even my self) want to go in the UK because most of the people from the UK i met (irish, english, scottish, welsh...), they hate UK because, as they say its a sh*thole. The only thing you can get their is to be ruined, apparently :zarbi:
