Instead going thru so many road meaning that long speaches that tries to stay 10minutes, try this:

Texte d'oral

This article titled "Job as a Pet Shop Assistant" is someone who works in retail outlets and sells animals and equipement.
Among his activities and duties, he has six tasks to accomplished:
- First, he must feed animals (drinks, foods, ...) and clean all cages.
- Second, he must be as confident and gentle in handling all kinds of animals ( "thirdly": not to say) followed by catching and handing them.
Checking animals and fishes regularly prevents all signs of diseases, in which he also has a duty on serving consumers by giving them the right information and advice on the well being of the animals and fish; such as food, care, room temperature, water condition, ...(i'm inventing: ideas don't hurt). Finally, he has to unload all deliveries and sent them in place in the shop.

By these activities, the skills required to accomplished these tasks are:
1) to have an interest in animals behaviour,
2) enjoy learning about animals
3) have a good communication relation with clients
and 4) have a flexibility in communicating

Although, these specifications asks for no formal academic qualifications but experiences in caring for animals are expected by many employers. You could either have these two qualifications followed: BTEC First Diploma in Animal Care, Level 2 and BTEC National Diploma in Animal Management at Level 3.

Salary start from £10.500 to £16.500 per year or more.

Due to the experience achieved, their will be promotion as a supervisor to managerial post.

I have stomach problems since yesterday and I have a cold since a few days so I am not so good but I'm ok.
But I have to work on very important things so I can't have a rest but tomorrow evening it is the weekend here, in Yemen, so I will be able to rest.

Moreover, I am very stressed because of my studies, I will prepare it by correspondence and I have no news from the center since 2 October... So I feel down but I hope that my file will be accepted this week. I am waiting to begin the courses...

Have a nice day. :friend:

yeah, i'm just saying you know. I've been travelling too so it's something that I understand. When I came back France I realized that I'm still making lots of mistakes when I write (like missing the s's, as you noticed). It's something that, when you speak... well you don't need to spell what you say.

Hey del, i had to answer because i'm just like you. :friend:
I'm a very shy girl but you have to try to forget that you can make mistakes or things like that.
For my "Bac", i was really stressed but i tried all my best to put that stress away
And guess what ? 19/20  I was so happy!!!
All you have to do is think that you can do it and that you're not ridiculous because if you're afraid or just stressed the examiner might feel it. :mmmhh:
So be self confident, i know you can do it!!!

All the best

hello everybody !

Thanks for all your help.

It was not a success (or I did not get the success I expected) during my oral because I was too much stressed.  It's a very big problem for me! I hate to do that!!! Especially in English! I'm not sure of me....

kathounette : next time I will put my work one day before
Don't worry Del, to speak a foreign language with less stress you need some practice. :wink2:
The best way to improve your oral skills is really to speak in English with people.

But first you can "talk" (write is more appropriate :wink2:) on this topic to improve your English and I'm pretty sure that you will be more self-confident after a few weeks talking about different subjects here. :friend:

Bye

Lise, concerning your question, I think that a good answer could be :
"Do you know the phone number/the extension number of the line of the person you want to speak with?"
