Merci

Dear Mrs....

I was very interesting to read of your requirements for a post of personal assistant, and enclose my CV in connection with this.

As you will see from my CV, I graduated in 2006 with a PA diploma with a specialisation in communication and organisation.

During my studies, I carried out two periods of training, where I dealt with the costumers and the employees. I believe this first experience capitalised on my interpersonal and interviewing skills.

I am very interesting about the architecture and would like to utilised my instructions skills in this training area.
I have a particular interest in customer skills and I am able to communicable easily.
I possess a wide range of skills, developed through my period of training and my first work experience. I have lot of ease with the computing and I very feel at ease with the various software.

I consider myself outgoing, with plenty of enthusiasm, motivate and confident, which is necessary in the work sphere.

I can be available for interview at your convenience and look forward to meeting you.

Yours faithfully

Dear Mrs....

I was very interested to read NADA ICI your requirements for a post of personal assistant. You can find my CV enclosed to this letter.

As you can see on my CV I graduated in 2006 with a PA diploma which contained a specialisation in communication and organisation.

During my studies, I carried out two periods of training, which were dealing with costumers and employees. I believe this first experience helped me to improve my communication and interviewing skills.

I am very interested about architecture and would like to use my theoric courses in this area.
I have a particular interest dealing with customers and I am able to communicate easily.
I possess a wide range of skills, developed through my period of training and my first work experience. Moreover I feel at ease with the IT and new softwares as well (IT= information technology, c'est l'abbréviation pour informatique)

I consider myself outgoing, with (j'ai enlevé plenty of puisque enthusiasm n'est pas quantifiable) enthusiasm, motivation and self-confidence (quand tu commence avec des noms , il faut poursuivre, tu ne peux pas commencer avec des noms et utiliser des verbes ensuite pour te qualifier) , which is necessary in a working environment* (ou workplace, c'est au choix)

I am available for an interview at your convenience and I am looking (présent progressif) forward to meeting you.

Yours faithfully
