yes u have some places where the real estate and the life are more expensive than London ,don't forget that moscow has one of the highest rate of millionaire .
 
It was a joke of course! Seriously I would like to go to Moscow! It must be beautiful and if I don't mistake I think there is a great palace there!

It is a huge city! I stay a week and then, back to home after 5 months so for way...

I missed New Zealand so much :cry:

I would have said &quot;Property&quot; mate. Real estate is more used in North America. But you damn right about housing prices in London. Londoners are selling up their shoddy little terraced houses to foolish foreigners knowing that withing three years the market will be down 40 percent. Then, everyone that sold up and went off to Spain will come back and buy their original homes. Indeed, more and more foreigner settle in London, affording a huge price and Londonners go abroad affording a ridiculous amount of money. It ain't a win win situation cos when Spaniard or Portuguese will go back to Spain or Portugal they won't be able to afford the same house they sold to brits. Why. Estate agent specualte the price of property. I've seen once, &quot;Give us your hours we'll see  it in the highest price&quot;. I think, it's a good conclusion about the Brits mentality.

So don't purchase any property in London.

That's what I've been told, but I'm working on my castellano. Don't woorry about it. I will able to hold a chat wit any spanish in here.

Obviously you ain't from an english speaking country. &quot;In here&quot; does not mean dans pas longtemps. In the US, I'm not sure about in England but in the US to say for instance &quot; Qu'est ce qui se passe ici&quot; you can say &quot; What's happening in here?
 
Well, I know that &quot;here&quot; means &quot;ici&quot;, but I was wondering if in this exact case &quot;in here&quot; meant something different. Now I know it, thank you. Indeed I am not from an english speaking country as I'm french, like most of the people here, especially from Britanny, but I live in Madrid, Spain.
 
Well... this is the end of an era for me. i'm leaving Australia tomorrow night, after 11 months and few days. It hasn't been great all the times, a lot of shit happened to me, but I MADE IT where some thought I'd have failed... I met loads of great GREAT GREAT people, have been drunk, been drug, been happy, been sad... I've learnt a lot about myself. And even if I didn't sort everything out... I'm ready for the next challenge of my life: do what i love, and ONLY what i love...

For now, on monday night I'm flying to Asia, will be a tourist for 3 weeks... :smile:
